Website Pricing & Advertising Disclosure

Advertised vehicle prices include all required dealer-imposed charges, but exclude applicable Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET), title, registration, license, and other government-imposed fees. On Oahu, the maximum GET pass-on rate currently permitted is 4.712%. Government fees vary by vehicle and registration circumstances and may change.

Certain vehicles may be subject to vehicle-specific dealer availability or market value adjustments based on market conditions, availability, model popularity, configuration, or inventory. Any applicable adjustment will be disclosed before purchase and may be negotiable.

Aftermarket products and other optional products or services, including service contracts, maintenance plans, GAP, Resistall, Vehicle Theft Protection/Etch, DriveSure, key replacement, and Wheel & Tire plans, are optional and are not required to purchase or finance a vehicle, subject to applicable lender requirements. Pricing and terms are disclosed separately.

Advertised prices, incentives, rebates, discounts, and financing offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, including credit approval, financing source, residency, military or college graduate status, loyalty/conquest programs, trade-in requirements, or other program requirements.

Vehicle availability, pricing, equipment, incentives, and other website information are subject to change and may contain inadvertent errors. The dealership reserves the right to correct errors and, where permitted by law, decline to honor an erroneous advertised price.

Website advertisements are not binding offers or contracts. Final pricing, taxes, fees, optional products, and other transaction terms are established in the applicable executed purchase and financing documents. Nothing in this disclosure limits any rights or protections provided under applicable federal or Hawaii law.

Customers should contact the dealership to confirm current pricing, availability, applicable fees, incentives, eligibility requirements, and any vehicle-specific adjustments before purchase.
